In short, we are looking for someone who has experience in all the standard Business Analyst functions yet also has a strong technical edge to them in solutions or infrastructure and has project management experience.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills from previous corporate experience:

  • Competence in needs analysis and data gathering from users and project stakeholders
  • Experience in implementation of key business applications and solutions
  • Performing gap analysis, creating 'as is' and solution development documentation
  • Ability to research and assess commercial options for solutions
  • Help preparing project scoping deliverables
  • Manage the projects that you do the BA work for using a proven methodology

Genuine business and systems analysis experience in corporate environments with exceptional verbal and written communication skills will be key to be considered for this role.

You will be working autonomously and directly with clients and will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, provide documentation and implementation deliverables and engage with everyone at all levels of the client.

The ideal Transparency candidate will possess most, if not all of the following:

  • A flawless command of both written and spoken English
  • Experience in Oil and Gas, Resources or Energy industries 
  • Experience in IT infrastructure implementation and software/business systems and solutions.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders
  • Strong Project Management methodology, preferably certified
  • A great attitude that allows you to fit in with any team
