Attention to detail, doing a job well, and being on top of your game technically are all essential attributes for this role. Essentially you will be an escalation point for other engineers so you will need to know your stuff!

You will need to have outstanding customer service and communication skills, be able to work in a team and have solid, broad tech skills. The role will also involve being onsite in front of clients from time to time so professional presentation and a social easy going, friendly manner are absolutely essential.

Strong support/project experience with the following technologies are needed -

  • Microsoft Office 365 and/or Azure
  • Windows Desktops in AD environments
  • Windows Server 2003 - 2012
  • Small Business Server 2008/2011
  • Exchange 2007 - 2013
  • MS Sharepoint exposure
  • Active Directory, GP, Microsoft SQL
  • Hyper V, Terminal Server
  • SAN storage exposure
  • Switches, Routers
