He's a really well spoken, friendly guy who's clearly wanting to advance his skills in an MSP environment where he can learn fast. He impressed me with this knowledge of email security, email DNS records and networking concepts. He spends a lot of time educating himself online and clearly he retains that knowledge. He would take $75k - $80k plus super for the right MSP role.
