Here you’ll use your Level 3 Systems Engineering skills to lead a service team and look after infrastructure and networks for multiple business clients.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Technically lead a team of 5 or so technical specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Oversee a blend of technical support and project management activities, ensuring efficient problem-solving.
- Be the champion for both internal and external clients, maintaining exceptional communication and fostering strong relationships.
The tech stack
- Everything MS Cloud, Azure – support, admin and migration work
- M365, Sharepoint, Exchange online, portal – complex troubleshooting and security work
- Networking – switches, firewall and router troubleshooting and set ups in single site environments
- VLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS – core networking knowledge for troubleshooting and set up
- Voip – 3CX knowledge preferred – troubleshooting and set up
