Support and some project experience with the following technologies are needed –

  • Windows Desktops in AD environments
  • Windows Server 2003 - 2012
  • Office 365 - including some knowledge of Powershell scripting with O365
  • Voip - 3cx preferred but any voip experience is good. 
  • Active Directory, GP 
  • Virtualisation exposure
  • Small business switches and routers
  • Connectwise & Labtech

In this role, you will get to make use of your great troubleshooting skills, combining this with a flair for communicating with non-technical clients. If you have a combination of solid desktop and server support skills blended with energetic customer service, apply now.
To meet the requirements of this role, you will have most of the following:

  • Preferably 3 + years of small business IT support
  • A warm yet professional phone manner with a genuine customer service focus.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • A real passion for all things technical
  • A broad exposure and up to date knowledge of infrastructure, comms and business systems/applications.
  • Be rigorous in managing daily maintenance tasks.
  • A robust sense of humour.

  • Experience with Connectwise, Labtech or equivalent products, highly desirable.
