In this role you will be responsible for managing a small team of IT support staff supporting around 250 employees across different sites and will need to be willing to get hands on in every part of the IT environment. You will own the IT operations and make a contribution to IT strategic planning discussions.
The successful Transparency candidate will join a large successful organisation that has a team that leads the industry in technical and professional standards while maintaining commercial excellence. IT plays an important role in allowing them to provide excellent service with servers, virtualisation, strategic planning, an ERP, hardware and software solution development and staff all a part of the mix.

In your past will be strong support and/or project roles with the following technologies –

  • Windows Server 2008 - 2016
  • Office 365 for email and storage
  • Active Directory, GP, Microsoft SQL, Terminal Server farm
  • Telstra cloud technologies
