Your role will involve first level systems, desktop and user support with occasional project involvement, delivered through a small team. Having experience doing first level support as well as being able to fix hardware issues with PCs and home and small business networks is essential. Particularly being experienced and accurately defining and resolving problems autonomously is critical.

Support and some project experience with the following technologies are needed –

  • Windows Desktops in AD environments
  • Understanding of DHCP and DNS
  • Setting up ADSL and NBN connections
  • Setting up wireless and home networks
  • Understanding of VOIP technologies
  • some scripting exposure
  • Very experienced with virus removal
  • Able to fix common hardware issues on laptops and PCs
  • Connectwise & Labtech
