Your role will involve first level systems, desktop and user support with occasional project involvement, delivered through a small team. Having experience doing first level support as well as being able to fix hardware issues with PCs and home and small business networks is essential. Particularly being experienced and accurately defining and resolving problems autonomously is critical.
