Reasonable Support experience with the following technologies are needed or desired–

  • Windows Desktops in AD environments
  • Windows Server 2008/2012/R2
  • Exchange 2010/2013 and Office 365
  • Azure and Public Cloud technologies
  • Active Directory, Group Policy
  • Good network troubleshooting skills
  • Virtualisation experience – Hyper V / VMware
