The ideal candidate would have a combination of soft skills and IT expertise to be able to deliver great customer service experience to the company's wide range of clients. Attention to detail, doing a job well, and being on top of your game technically are all essential attributes for this role. You will need to have outstanding customer service and communication skills, be able to work in a team and have solid, broad tech skills at a desktop level.

Day to day you will be doing support tickets, remotely or onsite. So you'll need to be comfortable driving to client sites and working in front of clients as well.

Strong support experience with the following technologies are needed –

  • Windows Desktops in AD environments
  • Server admin, log checking, troubleshooting
  • Backup checking and maintenance
  • Office products and Outlook in an Exchange and Office 365 environment
  • Active Directory and user management
  • Profile creation and management on desktops
  • Terminal Server / thin client knowledge
  • Virtualisation of servers - hyperv, vmware
  • patching and hardware knowledge
