This takes us from uncertainty to clarity across the company, role and candidate market. It helps us to define what is attractive about the role and company, to the right candidates. Our knowledge of the market marries up with your knowledge of your company and the role and it’s at that intersection that the magic happens.
In the Dig stage, we go to work attracting active and passive talent through engaging with our own network, showcasing the role through advertising with our creative genius and reaching out using the right messaging as defined from the Define stage.
The final Decide stage is all about assessing, qualifying and getting the right candidate to sign and start. For us this involves sending you candidates CV’s that we have shortlisted, including our unedited recording of the video interview and our assessment of their suitability for the role.
