Job Description:
The Level 3 or Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for supporting client base with senior level support issues, IT project and presales activities. This role is client focused and requires prompt and proactive responses to different incidents as well as the ability to recognise and act on opportunities and projects that will help clients. This position reports directly to the Service Delivery Manager and will work collaboratively with all staff members to ensure support and project services are delivered within the service levels stipulated by the Service Delivery or Project Manager.
