He has great communication skills, enjoys people as well as fixing problems. He learns very fast and has rolled out big voice infrastructure projects and managed them through automation. He's strong in linux and networking and automation in Bash, Ruby and has done some Powershell. He learns very fast, has a degree in networking and cybersecurity and is very security focused. He's really keen to get into an MSP and learn the MS stack.
