This place is friendly.. quite possibly the friendliest MSP (Managed Service Provider) you’ll find this side of the equator, quite possibly the world, but I have little first hand knowledge of MSP’s that aren’t down under. I digress. Why is friendly important? Because it flows through their whole company, from internal communication with management, to the way they service their clients, personally and most often face to face.
I like words.
Here are some more: Pocketknife, Multi-tool, Multi-hatted, Generalist, Flexible, Adaptable, Lover of variety.
I’ve worked out these are the type of words that describe engineers at this company. Now here’s a buzz phrase/cliche – work / life balance. (Don’t cringe, SEEK says us IT people want this.)
Work/life balance for this company means rarely any over time requirement, yet still challenging and interesting work with no two days the same. If you’re there past knock off time, people will wonder why.
What do the words “desk” and “chain” make you think of… I know right. This is not that. If you like to speak to people face to face, provide some real support live in front of the user and computer, if you’re a social being that likes to get out and talk to the users at their desk, this could be your dream job. Am I speaking your language?
Add to those words a passion for providing tech support to small businesses and I may just have your new work home. I’m impressed with this client because even though they’ve been a stable IT provider in the industry for a long time, their focus on growth in the last few years has really expanded their team and clientele.
Joining now will mean you’ll get to join their growth curve and they celebrate their growth with bonuses for all staff. More than that though, their inclusive culture and service focus makes it a great place to work for any engineer that is motivated by happy clients and interesting and diverse technology.
