Performance Objectives
- Design and deliver 3-5 major IT solutions annually, ensuring integration aligns with client's strategic goals and technical environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, secure, and efficient architectures that support over 50 corporate clients.
- Lead the technical project management of complex integration projects, achieving a 95% on-time delivery rate.
- Identify and resolve architecture-related issues swiftly, improving system performance by at least 20% year over year.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation that supports continued system growth and optimization.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of engineers, cultivating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Environment & Resources
Work closely with a passionate team dedicated to engineering excellence, using cutting-edge technologies and resources. You will report directly to the CTO and have an allocation of a substantial annual budget for state-of-the-art tools and trainings to enhance team productivity and solution effectiveness.
