- One environment to know cold, not twenty you half-know

- Real ownership of the whole infra: M365, Server, AD, Fortinet, VMware

- $80-100k + super, manager who hires on the bar not your years

The hardest part of being a senior MSP engineer isn't the tickets. It's knowing twenty environments two inches deep instead of one environment cold.

You'd be the senior support hand for a WA-headquartered drilling services business, owning the day-to-day across M365, Windows Server, Active Directory and the network. Project-depth work when something bigger comes up. One environment, real continuity, real ownership.

And if your last MSP gig had you bouncing between Teams meetings and tickets in your pyjamas, this one has you in the office most days, on a mine site occasionally, and on call when the roster says you are.

About the role

- Senior support across the lot: M365, Windows Server, AD, networking. Senior depth, not surface.

- Real Fortinet routing and switching. TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN. Networking that actually changes when you change it.

- Project pieces when they come up: M365 deployments and policy work, server builds, migrations, AD changes. Not the day-to-day, but you'll own them when they land.

- VMware vSphere, Veeam Backup, Intune MDM and SOE work already in the environment.

- Occasional trips to mine sites when something needs you in person. On-call roster and after-hours when mining doesn't stop at 5pm.

About the company

A WA-headquartered drilling services business under a major Australian mining services group. Canning Vale head office, plenty of field sites across the country. The team values multi-client depth, technical chops and a warm personality more than years on a CV.

What you'll bring

- Real depth across M365, Windows Server, AD, and networking. The IT Manager flexes on years if your technical bar is high.

- Fortinet routing and switching you're genuinely comfortable with.

- A self-starter mindset. You troubleshoot before you escalate.

- A WA C Class driver's licence. Field work is real, not theoretical.

- Willing to take the on-call roster and the occasional after-hours call.

If you're done bouncing between twenty environments and want one you can actually own, hit apply with your CV.
