This week 720 ABC Perth asked me to speak live on air about CVs and how to produce a better CV which also ranks highly in the automated recruitment systems.

I think I shocked them when talking about how a good recruiter may only initially spend 5 – 7 seconds reading a CV to determine if a candidate meets the minimum requirements for the role.
